How we Serve you Best
When you are ready to schedule a check-in time for repairs or scheduled maintenance, we invite you to visit our scheduling page or you are welcome to call our Client Care Center at 877-349-8216. Based upon your BMW's service request, we will offer several options to fit your time schedule and needs. Our Client Care team members are here to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
Savage BMW accepts walk-ins for most maintenance and minor repairs. While we recommend that you call ahead whenever possible, it is always good to know that we will make provisions for you when something arises requiring immediate attention.Once you arrive at our Service Center, one of our valets will greet you at your car and confirm your vehicle check-in time. You will be asked to remain at your vehicle until your Service Advisor joins you. Once he arrives he will conduct a complimentary walk-around with you and your BMW, where he will also review and confirm your service requests. Upon completion of the complimentary walk-around, your Advisor will escort you to his desk to complete the service check-in process.
After determining your needs, your Service Advisor will discuss recommended services, estimates, establish a follow-up time and any other items relative to your visit.
The check-in process usually takes 30-45 minutes to complete and allows you and us the opportunity to be thorough and saving you time by eliminating return visits due to misunderstandings.
