Good visibility is essential to safe driving. The xenon headlights in the BMW 7 Series deliver twice the brightness of halogen headlights. The path ahead is illuminated with more clarity and greater reach. To prevent dazzling oncoming drivers, special lenses in the headlights angle the beam slightly downwards, depending on the Sedan's current load height. At high or low beam, at night or in poor weather, the bright penetrating light of the xenon headlights gives you a clear safety advantage.
High-gloss Shadow Line.
For an understated but unmistakable note of sporting individuality: High-gloss Shadow Line enhances the appearance of the BMW 7 Series with special black frames for the side windows and interior door trims. The trim line across the boot and the bumpers are colour-coded with the body paint finish.

The sports package for the BMW 7 Series.
An exclusive dimension of sporting style: the sports package features a special sports suspension, lowering the front by 20 mm and the rear by 10 mm, large V-style or Y-spoke 19" or 20" lightweight alloy wheel rims, High-gloss Shadow Line, plus Sports Seats in Pearl leather and the sports steering wheel. The sports package is available for all six-cylinder and eight-cylinder models.

Pure 7 Series style, pure 7 Series performance: the range of lightweight alloy wheel rims for the BMW 7 Series, such as the 19" Star-spoke 95 shown here, are cast in remarkably light, high-strength aluminium. They are precisely designed to complement the chassis and enhance the Sedan's suspension and are subject to vigorous pretesting to ensure that they meet with the highest standards to deliver outstanding performance.
