The BMW Z4 Roadster back
design
Listen to your eyes.
Long bonnet, long wheelbase, short overhangs - the BMW Z4 Roadster has classic roadster proportions, but combines them with a style that's all its own. The concave and convex lines create an intriguing interplay of light and shade, the striking nose bears a prominent double-kidney grille and the rear has an unmistakably sporty look. It all adds up to a roadster that's as thrilling to look at as it is to drive.
Open sesame.
With its optional fully automatic remote control roof, the BMW Z4 Roadster will open up on command. Just press the button and the roof folds away in less than 10 seconds - leaving not even a tonneau cover to spoil the aesthetic perfection. With the roof up, the variable soft-top box means even more space for your luggage, while the scratchproof mineral glass ensures you get a clear view of the cars you've left behind.
Brighter and better-looking.
With bi-xenon headlights, you get two lights in one - they provide both main beam and dipped. In place of conventional halogen bulbs, they use xenon gas-filled lamps that create an illuminated arc. The bi-xenon headlights feature automatic headlamp levelling and provide better illumination of the side of the road and the road surface in front of you, allowing you to spot danger soon when driving at night or in bad weather. They also come with light rings that give the Z4 Roadster a distinctive and eye-catching look.
